ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES:
Appearance: Ruby red
Smell: It has a bouquet that recalls black cherry, small fruits, spices and vanilla.
Palate: The palate is soft and full-bodied.
Pairings: Excellent with red meats, soups and aged cheeses.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES:
Appearance: Light ruby red
Smell: The typicality of the of the small berry, from which it derives, it gives a unique and fine perfume,
with a bouquet that recalls red fruits, cherry and spices.
Palate: Tannic and warm, it is full-bodied on the palate, giving notes of extreme elegance and intensity.
Pairings: Excellent with game meat, especially duck breast cooked with pomegranate which
reminiscent of the color, aged cheeses such as those drunk, aged in marc.
