ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES:
Appearance: Straw yellow with light golden reflections.
Smell: The nose gives pleasant clean and fruity notes
Palate: Citrus notes and a very good acidity; deriving from the Sciaglin vine, with the floral scents of linden and acacia flowers for the Ucelut.
Pairings: Perfect as an appetizer with crudités; of vegetables and pinzimonio, white meats, roasts with revisited flavors escalopes with citrus flavors that enhance its aromas.

VARIETY: 100% Ribolla Gialla
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES:
Appearance: Straw yellow with light golden reflections.
Smell: the nose gives a note of yeast and toasted bread.
Palate: Elegant sparkling wine, it offers a superfine perlage, fruity and intense aromas of apricot and fishing. The minerality gives freshness and harmony to various dishes.
Pairings: Perfect as an appetizer with crudités; of vegetables and pinzimonio, white meats, escalopes from citrus flavors that enhance its aromas.
3.Rugus Extra Brut 40 months 2015
VARIETY: Forgiarin - Pinot Noir
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES:
Appearance: Brilliant ruby red
Smell: Bouquet of fresh red fruit such as cherry, strawberry and raspberry.
Palate: elegant and balanced in the mouth.
Pairings: Excellent in combination with meat-based first courses, or with more spicy dishes. hearty and fatty, such as important boiled meats with the flavors of the past, precious grilled meats, traditional sausages and salami.
